Information collected
The questionnaire prepares a draft in your email app; it does not send or save a new website submission. When you send the email, your email address and the information you choose to include are used to respond. Earlier website inquiries may contain names, contact details, selected services, messages, and optional property or decision information submitted through the previous form.
How it is used
The information is used to evaluate whether the requested work fits The NOI Lab’s services, prioritize human review, respond to the request, maintain an intake record, and protect the application process from abuse. A hashed technical request identifier may be retained temporarily to enforce rate limits; it is not used to make an acceptance decision.
Site measurement
The site exposes a limited, provider-neutral measurement layer for actions such as opening a case file, viewing service information, or completing the request form. These events do not include names, contact details, asset descriptions, decision narratives, or other form entries. No third-party analytics provider or analytics cookie is installed. Any later provider activation must address applicable notice and consent requirements first.
What not to submit
Do not submit property documents, tenant information, personal financial information, banking data, passwords, access credentials, or other confidential records in an initial inquiry. Controlled document intake begins only after scope is confirmed.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in the site’s private database and reviewed through a restricted internal route. Access is limited to the people and service providers reasonably necessary to operate the intake and evaluate the request. Reasonable controls are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Sharing
The NOI Lab does not sell inquiry information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to service providers that operate the site and its storage infrastructure.
Retention
Application records are retained only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect the intake process. Retention may differ when an engagement is formed.
